This Vacation House with Pool is located in famous surfing and kiting town Bol, on the 2000 m2 private property surrounded with the olive groves and fairy-tale view on the endless sea and Island Hvar!

Once a small stone house, that served the owner’s grandfather as a storage place for his olives during the picking time, today the owner and his wife reconstructed this charming vacation rental stone house in a modern way, which gave the house its warmth, a touch of modernity and a lot of Mediterranean details.

Apart from the separated bedroom with a comfortable double bed, there is a gallery with a double bed overlooking the kitchen and dining area.

Continuing from the dining room and kitchen one enters a spacey living room with the wall, which is looking to the sea, completely in glass. That gives you the feeling of openness and front view to the olive groves in front of this holiday home, and on a side view, a fantastic fully equipped outdoor terrace with summer kitchen (BBQ).

It features a pull-out sofa for two persons (160 x 200 cm) which has been tested several times in the summer 2014 (and reported as comfortable) and big flat TV with SAT channels

There is one bathroom with a washing machine, a very well equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, dish washer, blender, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, water boiler and coffee maker.

This vacation house in Bol offers Air-conditioning, Sat TV, free Wi-Fi, fresh bedding and towels and a private parking space next to the house.
