The house is situated directly by the sea with a local road in between used by pedestrians and bikers. A pebble beach with small white stones is only a few feet away.

Near the house, some 50 m away, is a small shop, an ATM and a tourist boat moor which takes you to Korcula town 3 times per day.

A special feature of the house is also a smaller pool and a common lounge area by the pool where moms can enjoy their book while the little ones play in the pool.

The house was built by following the design of Mediterranean haciendas where the main terrace was once the meeting point of a large family, while the other apartments served as a private space for the members.

Today these rooms are rearranged into luxury apartments with a hint of Mediterranean charm.

There are two large American grills available for you to prepare your favourite fish and meat specialties.

All across the house, in the garden and on the pathways you can see and smell Mediterranean herbs such as lemon, orange, lavender, eglantines and other plants.

The house consists of 9 fully-furnished luxury apartments

- 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms with double beds for up to 5 persons (4+1)
- 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed) for up to 4 people (3+1)
- 5 apartments with 1 bedroom for up to 3 persons (2+1)
- 1 studio apartment for 2 persons and a toddler

All apartments (except the studio apartment) have an extra pull-out sofa for 1 person.

Each apartment has all the necessary dishes and cutlery, towels, bedding, floor heating, air-conditioning, Sat TV and free Wi-Fi Internet access.

A free parking is available next to the house, and there is storage in the downstairs garage for your water sports gear.

The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, glass hob, dishwasher, fridge with in-built freezer and a granite working counter.

The apartments all have floor heating and air-conditioning. All furniture is made of Slavonic wood while the bedrooms are furnished with top quality mattresses with aloe Vera.
