The Beach Hut is located at Uswetakeiyawa (Ja Ela area), 13Km from the Katunayaka Airport of Colombo, Sri Lanka. It is a beach front property facing the Indian Ocean containing a Guest room and a large hall with an open kitchen.
The large guest room contains 2 Queen beds, a Bath/toilet / kitchenette and a large verandah / deck. The room is decorated with traditional ceylonese style furniture with european style bath room.
The hall and the kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, microwave, a stove and cutlery, and a sofa bed is suitable for enteartainment such as birth day parties, cooperate functions, a family wedding or for a weekend BBQ.
It is a family friendly location where the guest room and the hall / kitchen can be rented separately or together to spend the day/weekend at the beach and have your beach side BBQ. Plenty of parking also available.
A cook / breakfast, dinner and additional security is available on request.
Can buy fish at the shore from the fisherman OR Catch fish in front of the chalet, enjoy locals fishing or visit nearby birds sanctuary by boat.
Bus service: Route No 275 Bopitiya -Colombo Pettah. from Armor street can reach Nugegoda, Boralla (176), Town hall (155) and other destinations. from Bopitiya to Negambo - Ja Ela Route No 273 or to Kandana Route No. 274.
Close to Muthurajawela bird sanctuary,close to shopping such as Arpico department store, Odell, Cool planet, Food city and restaurants on Negambo road.
The rate is only for the guest room and a fee is applied for kitchen / hall useage.
