Chesa Polaschin was built in 1979 and is located at the west end of the village, in the direction of Sils. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The Corvatsch mountain, skiing area in the winter and a hikers paradise in the summer, is in the neighbouring village Surlej. During the winter season, busses run every half hour in any direction. There is a bus stop in front of the house. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5 Km away.
