GUEST ACCESS
1. For the basic package (Flexi 3+1BR), you will be given exclusive access to all common area of the house but limited to 8 beds or 3 bedrooms. The unused bedroom will be kept locked unoccupied during the entire stay. Access to the other bedroom is only given for registration of more than 8 guests.

2. We don't live at the house, so your privacy is assured.

3. Kindly let us know in advance if you like to change the number of guests OR have certain preference on bedroom combination (please refer sleeping arrangemnt clause in the webpage).

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

1. Towels are provided to registered guests ONLY. For a short-term stay, there is no replacement of towels throughout the duration of stay.
2. Extra blanket and towel can be provided ONLY during CHECK IN time upon ADVANCE request (extra small fees of RM10 per set/night apply).
3. The cleaning fee is used for general cleaning and keeping the place in tip top conditions for every incoming guests. We don't provide cleaning service throughout the duration of your stay. Deposit will be deducted if "extra cleaning" is required upon check-out.

Note: Security deposit - Guest will be responsible for any damages or repairs. 

GETTING AROUND

The best way to get around is by car. The township is easily accessible from at least 5 main Expressways namely toll-free Federal Highway, and tolled highways of NPE, LDC, KESAS, & NKVE, If you're not driving, Uber or MyTeksi/Grabtaxi would be your next best option.

Bandar Sunway also have a good public transport system, being served by a dedicated BUS RAPID TRANSIT system (BRT). The nearest BRT station is less than 1 minute walking distance. For details, please visit their website.

The nearest Setia Jaya (SJ) train commuter Station is also 5 minutes’ away by car. If you take BRT, the SJ station is only 2 stations away. The commuter train connects you to Kuala Lumpur city centre & Shah Alam. In short, you are well-connected to any location in Klang Valley. In addition, First Coach and Aeroline bus services, operating from nearby Sunway Pyramid Mall, have daily trips to Penang and Singapore.

Travelling from KLIA/KLIA2 to Bandar Sunway:

The fastest and most convenient way would be to take an airport taxi. Approx. distance of 49km, ETA 43mins. You can purchase taxi coupon of various class from budget, premier or family class from taxi booth at the airport. Price varies from RM80 (USD20) to RM 180 (USD45).
