There is a 35 foot dock equipped with electricity and water as well as a storage shed with a freezer for fish and bait. Snorkeling for lobsters is available out back while fishing for Wahoo is within shouting distance. Home is located on the western end of Grand Bahama Island, in an area known as Bootle Bay in West End. There are also several local restaurants in the area as well as dining at nearby Old Bahama Bay resort. Enjoy shelling and snorkeling outside of the back door. You can fish off the dock or from the beach.
