This modern, wooden house is situated in a quiet, residential area, just 400 m from the beach of Combrit Sainte-Marine. The house has all the comforts. From the living room you walk through the doors onto the large terrace, where you can barbecue all together. The terrace leads to the heated pool, that can be secured with a retractable roof. Behind the pool is a lawn where children can play safely; there is a children's slide. Sainte-Marine has a small, charming harbor and a beautiful sandy beach. The area is ideal for lovers of (water) sports and during summer various festivities are organised. You can take the boat from Sainte-Marine to Glénan. Nearby you can visit the Cider Museum (Combrit) and the botanical park in Cornouaille. Combrit is located between the famous resorts of Bénodet and Pont l'Abbé, where you will find several nice cafes and terraces. You can have diner in one of the many fine restaurants. Places worth seeing: Fouesnant, Beg-Meil, Cap-Coz and Mousterlin, with a total of 50 km of beautiful hiking trails through the beautiful nature and 17 km of white sandy beaches.
