Our apartments are located between the gorgeous beach of Baleal and the little village of Ferrel, in Rua da Bica.
The apartments are within the brand new Condominio da Bica with large green areas and a shared swimming pool. One of the main characteristics of Condominium da Bica is the great insolation walls (you wont be hearing the neighbors high heels!), the wall-to-wall windows -that allow natural heating/cooling during all the seasons, with automatic aluminum blinds you can regulate how warm/cold you want the apartment - and the large private terraces rivaling the absolute best spaces for sunsets or private parties in Baleal.
We have put a great deal of thought and effort into turning each of the apartments into a unique vacation spot, all of them different from each other, but with the same genuine service and confortable touch.
All our rentals are fully furnished with modern amenities like high-speed WiFi, high-end linens, and toiletries. With all our rentals we provide a delicious welcome basket; 24/7 support - if you need help we are a phone call away; housekeeping at each 7th day of stay and a variety of extra services that you can not find in any other vacation rental in the area.
