2 Bedroom Apartment in Larnaca, Cyprus

Hi Guys
Its my apartment where i used to stay,but now i moved to other city, so Its available for guests who want to stay in very city center of Larnaca. Since i furnished it for myself I would appreciate if take care of it, some furniture is really expensive
Location:
In Larnaca/Cyprus 3min walk to the main beach of Larnaca Finikoudes. The location fo a flat is perfect for these who wouldnt plan to rent the car

Description:
Good sized 2 bedroom apartment (85sq/m) with a garden view.
Bathroom, separate kitchen, living room, balcony.

There is everything you need in the flat for living (even more:)
well equipped kitchen: oven, electric hob, washing machine etc.
The best about the flat is location. Its very city centre and NO traffic noise (which is very rare in Larnaca), since balcony faces gardens.

It is very convenient location, as soon as you make a step out the building You can find shopping street, restaurants, cafeterias, clubs, hotel swimming pools, souvenir shops, convenient stores, pharmacy, museums, and the marina and other attractions as well as a sandy beach.

Public transport with buses connecting the airport and all other cities in Cyprus are located on main beach Finikoudes, so its 3min walk from the flat

Check out time: before 11:00am
Can be flexible upon request.

Please bring your photo ID with you matching your name on the Roomorama reservation.

Only people booked on the itinerary can stay in the apartment.

Please do not use additional bed linens and towels bagged up and left for new visitors without permission.

The hosts request no loud behavior.

Please do NOT change TV settings.

No smoking inside please and no pets.

Please switch off all appliances and lights when you are not in the flats.

Please keep us updated about your arrival time so we know when to expect you.

There is a wifi coverage signal in the flat, you can get a password for 10euro a week (please let me know in advance if you will need it)

If you wish for an airport transfer, it can be provided upon request and my availability for fee of 10 euro each way.

Electricity and water usage is according to reading meter
The security deposit for bills may vary depends of the days of stay (minimum is 20 euros)
