Comfy queen bed in a modern house in a great, secure, quiet complex. The bonus: you get to use the pool, gym & BBQ area.
You get your own bedroom & your own bathroom in a lovely green area, there is a pond nearby and you can hear birds singing at the rear of the house.
Relaxed, modern open plan living area with alfresco dining on the sunny balcony. The semi-detatched townhouse is lovely & bright with lots of windows, allowing a good air flow. Theres aircon in the living area & a ceiling fan in your bedroom to keep you cool during the hot summer months.
You are free to use our fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, blender, juicer, slow cooker, toaster, kettle, BBQ, pots/pans/cutlery/crockery, etc), living & dining area. We also have wireless unlimited internet & Foxtel (Cable TV). There is a back yard with a large table & benches. You can use our laundry & washing line (no dryer).
We can also provide a double blow up bed for additional guests in a separate bedroom at an additional fee.
Kim & Rich are a young couple who can point you in the direction of the nearby beaches, hinterland, theme parks, cafes/restaurants & other attractions! We're close to everything, yet in a quiet, calming cul-de-sac, tucked away behind a beautiful lake.
Burleigh Beach is 10 minutes away, Broadbeach 15 minutes, theme parks 30 minutes, Robina Town Centre is less than 5 minutes. Gold Coast has loads to offer & with Byron Bay & Brisbane is easy distance, it's sure to keep you busy.
Public transport is quite good - just a few minutes walk to the bus stop.
We have plenty of visitor parking within the gated complex.
Airport pickup can be arranged for a fee of $50
Nearest train station is varsity lakes which is approx 10 minute walk.
