The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 19th century building near where once stood the medieval walls. It can accommodate 2+2 guests, which makes it ideal for couples, groups of friends or families with one or two kids. Decorated in a vintage/contemporary style, it offers its guests all the necessary facilities to enjoy the town with comfort and privacy.

The flat is accessed by a stairway leading a welcoming hall that goes into a quiet and cozy sitting room with a comfortable sofa-bed (120x200cm), a small library and a stereo system. From the windows, guests can enjoy beautiful views over the narrow street of Caldeireiros and the old buildings of the neighborhoods of Vitória, Sé and São Nicolau.

The kitchen / dinning room is fully equipped and contains an electric stove and oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine and microwave. Basic cooking ingredients, such as salt, spices or olive oil are provided. There is a table for four and plenty of storage space.

The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed (140x200cm) and two nightstands.

The bathroom/closet area is equipped with a full bathtub, a chest of drawers and plenty of space to storage your personal belongings. You'll also find basic toiletries such has shower gel and shampoo.

Guests are provided with bed linens and towels, changed every week. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also available. Guests can use the washing machine free of charge. Free wi-fi Internet is provided.
