Welcome to Naxos, the largest island of Cyclades!
Venture into the heart of charming Naxos, in a perfect spot, that ideally combines both peacefulness and unique proximity to the beaches and all points of interest on the island!
The house is situated in the village "Damarionas", very close to the west side of the island where the best beaches are located, as well as the picturesque villages of Chalki, Filoti and Apeiranthos. The village of Damarionas has Cycladic architecture with white houses and narrow paths.
This 120 years old house is built and renovated with respect to the traditional local architecture.It consists of the main building, two balconies and a terrace. The main house is comprised of a sitting room, a kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a crib and one with two single beds), two bathrooms and a storeroom. Two good quality roll-away beds can be added upon request.
The terrace and balconies offer amazing views to Damarionas, the "Tragea" valley as well as breathtaking mountain and sunset views.
House is accessible by public bus, although car/bike is strongly recommended.
Upon arrival at the port, besides escorting you to my house and explaining it, I will take you on a familiarization tour of the surrounding area and point out everything there is to see and experience. Also, I will provide you with all the necessary info and recommendations on how to plan the best possible exploration trip of the island, in order to make the most out of your precious vacation time!
This is a house in which we've put our soul into building, maintaining and decorating. Respectful treatment and reasonable water/electricity usage are expected.
