Money Point Guest House

Cozy cottage in a quiet upscale neighborhood with view of the intra-coastal waterway with optional use of boat ramp and/or boat slip at private.  The small cottage is clean and freshly painted with a new bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave oven, small refrigerator, and coffee pot. It is a laid back atmosphere and meant to provide a get away and rest after a day out sightseeing or at the beach. Guest Access  Guests have access to sitting area in front of the porch and car parking.

Interaction with Guests  I like to get to know about people's interests and provide advice and local information about things to do. We may have coffee or go to a local sight if we hit it off or we respect each other's privacy. It's all OK.

The Neighborhood This is a small quiet neighborhood within 3 miles to Wrightsville Beach, Mayfair, and 8 miles to the downtown waterfront. Magnificent views of the sound from the private back yard and the marina. If you like birdwatching, there are some unique water birds (egrets, heron, etc.) to see.

Getting around The islands and beaches are accessible by car or boat. Boat owners must be fully ensured and licensed. (boat slip/ramp rental based on availability).Secluded while conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.
