Flat F32 - Exclusive 3 BR Apartment

Apartment F32 extends over two floors, each with a spacious balcony, and has its own private roof terrace with fantastic views over the River Nile and surrounding countryside. There are 3 bedrooms (the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom) on the 4th floor, and a spacious kitchen and living room on the 3rd floor. There are two additional bathrooms. Both the third and fourth floors have large balconies overlooking the swimming pool and the River Nile. A reduced weekly rate is available for longer term stays. Arrival dates and length of stay are flexible. We will do our best to meet your requirements; just ask.

Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged and a welcome pack can be provided, both for an extra charge. The flats will be cleaned and all beds made ready for your arrival. During your stay you may wish to have the flat cleaned; this can be arranged for an extra charge. Rates We charge Pound Sterling 500 per week, or Sterling pound 1500 per month ( for periods over one month ) All linen, towels, pool towels, ...etc are provided based on two sets per person, the flats will be fully professionally cleaned before guest arrivals and laundry and cleaning while staying can be provided as additional charged option All rooms and living rooms are fully air-conditioned using split air-conditioning units that cool or heat and also dehumidify the room. with remote controls

The above rates exclude utility charges which is paid according to the meter readings on arrival and before departure, Full clean on departure and laundry. We normally request payment of Sterling 100 as a refundable security deposit which we return on receipt of satisfactory checking out report.
