This is the 2BR - 90 sqm -located on level 19th of the newly built 24 storey morden residential tower. Spacious and has great City and Saigon river views from all bed rooms and living area.
The unit can accomodate up to 4 adults ++.The apartment best suit to group of friends, famiy or a business team ....to have a base to explore Ho Chi Minh city and near by.

- Bedroom 2/ sunroom : 1.4m wide foldable bed for 2 (kids/teens)
- Living: 1.m wide sofabed and 1.2m wide sofabed for 2

Its only 10 minutes walk to centre of District 1. It is really convenient to access other parts of the city like D2, D7,D5,D8 .

- To centre of CBD Le loi & Nguen Hue Rd, Dong Khoi Rd around 10 mins walk or $1.5 taxi
- To other 5star hotel along the Saigon river - 15mins walk or $1.5 taxi
- To Opera house & shopping malls - 20 mins walk or $2.0 taxi
- To Ben thanh market - 15 mins walk or $1.5 tax
- To FV hospital or Tam Duc heart Hospital - 5km or $5.0 taxi
