Cozy, Fresh and Private Room

Aside from being a newly renovated en suite room in a Victorian house, with its own shower, sink and toilet, we have spared no expense in attempting to make this room as comfortable, luxurious and private as possible.

We have installed secondary , sound proofed glazing to ensure restful sleep or peace to work and we also have FREE on site parking, in our drive.

There is a mattress topper , Egyptian cotton bedding, and a natural goose feather duvet, all on a new bed.

There is a large TV with standard channels , PS2 with some games and a small but quality dvd collection.

We accept a maximum of 2 adults, but for a minimal extra charge we can accommodate your children, provided they are not too large. We have a travel cot we can lend you if need be, and a futon mattress which can fit at the end of the bed.

Situated 1 minute walk from London road station(brighton),10 minutes to the level, 25 minutes walk to the sea, or 20 minutes to the north Laines, everywhere is easy to access. The London road to Brighton central train journey takes just over 3 minutes and costs a few pounds.

We can supply high quality(mostly) Organic food(not included) for any meal time.
Generally we offer a range for breakfast, pack lunch boxes to take to the beach, snacks or full on meals, depending on what you require. This needs to be organised in advance if one wants options.

Please note, some facilities not shown as we are just finalising the room for rental and the TV has not been hung yet, but it will be there once the room becomes available.

With the levels, blakers and preston parks all within easy walking distance, this is a great location for people with kids. Free Parking will save you 10 pounds per day, and the hassle of finding a space.
