During your stay, I am not present in the apartment but I will always be available and reachable in case of necessity.

The Neighbourhood

It is the perfect neighborhood, lively all day with locals and tourist from all around the world but very peaceful during the night, more and more this neighborhood became popular for middle class young professional families.

Plenty of free 24 hrs parking space in front of the building.

Very easy to get around by foot, services and commercials are only 100 meters from the apartment,

Located in historical area, close to Olympic stadium, Metro Pie-IX , Botanical garden, sport center, shops, Café, markets and cultural sites.

STREET PARKING :

TO AVOID the parking ticket, Please make sure you park on the street behind the parking sign post with a number 04 sticker on it.
24 hrs. Free parking zone in front of the house is between
addresses (phone number hidden) toward direction of ONTARIO STREET. Except Wednesday from (phone number hidden) hr. (from 1st Apr- 1st Dec )
On the opposite side you can park between
addresses (phone number hidden) or (phone number hidden) toward direction of ROUEN STREET. Except Monday from (phone number hidden) hr. (from 1st Apr- 1st Dec )
