A Word Regarding Value:
For around $20/day, you can find hotel rooms here in Phnom Penh (usually less than 150 sq. feet in size). They are normally available for up to two guests. Most offer Wi-Fi, cable TV (with a little TV), air-conditioning and a tiny refrigerator that goes off when you leave the room (don't put any perishables in it - the food will go bad). Forget about a balcony or any other amenities in this price range.
