All travelers visiting Orlando can not miss the Disney’s theme parks, like Magic Kingdom, Disney Hollywood, Animal Kingdom, Epcot Center and the two water parks, also they must enjoy the three Universal’s theme parks, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Wet ‘n’ Wild. The options to buy are also varied, where the most demanding shoppers can access to famous stores in the Florida Mall, plus the popular outlet shopping malls in Orlando, like the Premium Outlets.

Getting around
To move over Orlando, we strongly recommend the temporary rent of a car in one of the many rental agencies that offer their services in the city.

Other Things to Note
Extras/Check-In/Check-Out: The check-in time is 4.00 PM and the check-out time is 11.00 AM. The late check-out has a fee of U$45 until 4 hours or full rate if it takes more than 4 hours.
The minimum stay is for 5 nights in low and mid season, and for 7 nights in high season, in case of reservations for less than the minimum stay there is a extra charge of U$91.
The minimum number of nights to confirm a reservation is 3.
On arrival at the check-in you must pay U$300 for security deposit, it will be refunded to you at the end of your stay. Also we will charge you with a “Damage Plan Fee” of U$55 that will cover your stay for U$1500 of possible damages, this fee is not refundable.
There is NO cleaning fee if the reservation is for the minimum stay or more, in case of reservations for less than the minimum stay there is an extra cleaning fee.
In case you need daily cleaning there is an extra fee you must discuss with our team member at the check-in.
You have to inform us the exact time of arrival, that way a person will be able to greet you and take you to the apartment. He will be showing you the accommodations and will take care that everything in the apartment works the way it's intended to do. (In case of arrivals late at night we will provide you of a code number so you can get the keys of the apartment of a security dropbox).
Upon checking out a person will be there to verify that the apartment is delivered in good conditions and to accompany you to the exit.

Payment: The payment method is managed by this website. If you are ready to book our house you must send us a booking request so we could accept it and send a payment request to you, that you need to accept and pay it through the different payments method offered by this site. This payment includes the whole reservation, the parking service and the final cleaning service.
