This great apartment is located in the privileged area of Matosinhos City, near the Church of Matosinhos.

The sea is located about 200 meters away as well as all the daily facilities you need to make your stay more comfortable(supermarkets, pharmacies, hairdressers, gym, etc.)

By the sea front of Matosinhos you will find the most traditional and inviting fresh fish and seafood restaurants of Porto, with the fisherman warehouses along the same street.

In this area of Matosinhos you will also find out that there is a large community of sports lovers, from walking along the pedestrian area that goes all the way to Porto to bicycles and surf fans.
Even if you aren't a sports lover, bring some comfy clothes and a pair of sneakers and take a relaxed walk from Matosinhos to Foz do Porto (Douro river's mouth).

There are cafes and restaurants along this sidewalk by the beach if you wish to stop for a refreshment or to relax overlooking the sea.

You can take advantage of this location and visit Porto (10 minutes away by metro) and its historical sites, or simply go for a dinner in the city historical center. The metro runs until 1 a.m..

This apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open space with dining area and living room. In the living room we have a double sofa-bed .
