Full descripOur 3 floor house over-looking the beautiful ocean with our cook and house staff stationed to assist your comfortable stay.

The beach house is located 20 mins away from Bandaranayake international airport Sri Lanka. Right out front is a beach where you can take a swim in the ocean.

The house is a nice size and has 3 large en-suite bedrooms. All of the rooms are equipped with Air-condition

We have two living rooms, one on the bottom floor adjoining the dining table and the 2nd floor living room has satellite TV with BPL, RT, BBC, HBO (asia) and walks out to our balcony. Its a lovely place to enjoy a sun downer

PLEASE NOTE: We do not live there and you will not have to share with anyone

The house is clean and well kept. Its an excellent location to start or end your vacation in our country with its proximity to the international airport. Its also a great place to start and break up a trip to the cultural triangle.

We travel a lot my parents are based in UAE, working for an Airline and Im based in Hong Kong. We have lived overseas our whole lives and our Sri Lanka house is kept for vacations only. We would love to share our beautiful, relaxing abode with you and will be more than happy to assist with the remainder of your travels

Activities near the house
- Try Sri lankan Toddy, which is naturally fermented coconut alcohol (around 5%) our neighbors have a small business selling the best toddy around
- Sea bath/swim
- Fishing
- Excellent fish market, Yellow-fin Tuna, Skipperjack, Baracuda are just ordinary here
- Reasonably priced Ayurveda centre within 15 mins car ride
- Negombo hotels have some great foods. We can make some recommendations

- How close is the beach

No it is not included in the price, per person breakfast is 3 USD for Sri Lankan breakfast and 4 USD for Western style breakfast

- Are there restaurants nearby
You will need to take a vehicle for the nicer ones

- Can we use your kitchen to cook
Sorry we would prefer all cooking at the house is done by our own cook instead. However, feel free to visit the market and we can turn them in to a delicious meal
- Can we swim in the sea
Yes you can, please know that our area is not the best beaches in Sri lanka, its more of fishing area. If you want good beaches then down south is the best choice. Although there is a nicer beach down the road

- Whats sites are near by
Nothing is really nearby in Sri lanka! its all a bit of trip, but within a days trip you can get to one of these locations. We are positioning ourselves as a base where you can either start or end your journey in Sri lanka or take day trips to below spots.

- Whats security like
Excellent. We have an excellent relationship with the whole village, we have done extensive charity work in the village and are well respected in the area; any guests of ours is the guest of the village. The village itself is a devout Catholic conclave in a Buddhist country, majority of younger generations have left for Italy to work, organized by the local Catholic priest. However, if you do have important items you should keep it locked up in your suitcase just to keep your mind at ease, should you be of a worrying disposition.

- How do we get around
If you are looking to check out nearby Negombo, which is the closest town we can organize our known 3 wheeler driver, our driver (car or van) 3 wheeler is the cheapest, car or van is more comfortable
For sightseeing trips, we can organize this for you, just let know which are your must sees and we will give you an itinerary, if you require a guide we can also organize
