Our chic, comfortable townhouse by the lake has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Recently remodeled-we're in love with it and you will be too! Enjoy the beautiful pool by Lake Magdalene in a safe, quiet community close to virtually everything in Tampa Bay!
The townhouse is cozy and chic. It was remodeled with a farmhouse style; once you're in there... you don't want to leave! Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated, each one with its own style. The batroom is comfortable and classy. The townhouse has beautiful views of the canal that goes to Lake Magdalene. With a back porch to sit and relax, don't be surprised to be visited by a family of cranes every now and then, but don't worry, your backyard is fenced, so they'll only be curious about you, but won't bother!
While you are our guest, we will make sure that every detail of your stay is satisfactory; from the goodies at check-in to ease of check-out and everything in between. Clean linens and towels will be provided; you will have access to the lake-side pool, gym, laundry (although you have a washer and dryer inside the unit) and to long walks on the path surrounding the community. Our guests will have access to us via phone, email and texts. You'll enjoy free wifi and free cable TV.
The community is located off of Fletcher ave, which is a very centric area of the Bay. Just 1 mile to the west is Dale Mabry with all its stores, restaurants and specialty shops. The Empress Tearoom is just a few minutes away by car; the Fresh Market, with its gourmet food, supermarkets, drugstores, all of that within 1 mile radius. The Carrollwood soccer fields are 2 miles away, if you can't live without your dose of soccer. Just 10 minutes by car is Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Mosi, USF, and a little bit further, 15 minutes away you'll be in downtown Tampa: Ybor City, Hyde Park, Channelside, Straz Performing Arts Center, etc. By the way! the beach is just 20 minutes away to the west! For those who like to eat healthy home-cooked meals (that's the whole point of the apartment experience, I think) there are at least 4 health-conscious markets within 2 miles: Whole Foods, The Fresh Market, Abby's and Nutrition S'mart!
