Sun drenched and comfortable residence close to the sea, in Rosolina Mare, near Venice. This apartament is for 5 person. The accommodation is set in pleasant and quiet surroundings. It’s just 200 meters from the beach and it’s located in the town center of Rosolina Mare. All accommodation are managed directly by the owner who have equipped its with every comfort: air conditioning, fans, mosquito nets, balcony or terrace (with table and seats) where you can eat, safe, common washing machine, common garden with garden furniture, a wide fenced recreation ground, a sun terrace (which is 100 m away) on the top floor (with amazing view to the sea and pinewood) equipped with lounge chairs, a parking space, two bbq for grilling (in common use), free bycicles, bed linen, bath towel, kitchen well equipped, convention with beach equipped, … Convention with beach equipped: beach service (with a sum umbrella and two sunbeds) is available from 14/5/2016 to 18/9/2016. A daily tourist tax of € 0,35 per person per night (for a maximum of 5€ per week per accommodation) will be applied from 1 June to 30 September. Rosolina Mare is an ideal holiday location for several reasons: the beach is extensive and grounds gently sloping toward the sea, so that it would be even safe for children to swim and play together, the pine trees and thick vegetation is perfect for excursions by bycicle and walk, the botanical garden can be explored during a walk along its coasts, this small town is close to many cities of art to visit during your vacation (Venice, Padua, Chioggia, Ferrara, Ravenna, ecc).
