Welcome to this cosy house with pool in the quiet area of Sa Coma. It has 200 m2 and capacity for 8 people. The house has central heating, fans available for summers, WIFI and satellite TV. There are 4 bedrooms: two with a double bed (one with en suite bathroom), one with a single bed and a trundle bed and one with a trundle bed. All rooms have space for a cot and views to the patio or the garden. The house has two more bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with blender, microwave, fridge, vitro, oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, juice maker, kettle and a lot more. There is also washing machine, dryer and iron. The living-dining room is very bright and cosy: you will be able to relax on the comfy sofas or organize a meal with your family. The exteriors are fantastic: swim in the pool, sunbathe while the kids play in the lawn area, have breakfast under the furnished porch or organize a BBQ! Sa Coma is a residential area in the east of Mallorca with a huge variety of beaches nearby. As well as that, you will find many leisure offers for children, pubs, bars and a promenade. The town of Son Servera is 5 km away and it has many traditional restaurants. You will like to see Artà and Capdepera, two villages with a warm and welcoming medieval flair. In Porto Cristo there is Coves del Drach, a “must” when you visit this area of Mallorca. If you like golf, tennis or paddle, you are lucky! In a ratio of 15 km you will find up to 4 golf courses and a Paddle and tennis club. If you ride a bicycle you can do some lovely trips to Artà chapel or the lighthouse in Cala Ratjada.
