On the first floor is located a big bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. From this room you can access to a little balcony and to a terrace with amazing see views. On the first floor there is a fully furnished bathroom as well. On the ground floor there are four bedrooms: one of them is furnished with a single bed, there are two bedrooms with two single beds and one other bedroom en suite with double bed and dressing room. All bedrooms are well furnished and have closet which make them a comfortable place to rest and relax. On the bedroom area there is a fully furnished area as well. On the ground floor we can find the kitchen, which is fully furnished with all electrical appliances and kitchen utensils. The kitchen is connected with the living room. This is a big space where there are a dining area and a sitting area. This place is furnished with three comfortable sofas and armchairs, satellite TV, WIFI and fireplace. From the dining room you can access the porch, furnished with outdoor sofas, a big table and chairs, where you can enjoy a lovely summer dinner with views to the sea and to the city of Palma. AT the front of the house there is another furnished porch, a garden and the pool. The villa has a fence for the privacy of the guests and the garden is very well decorated with Mediterranean plants that create an environment in perfect harmony with the house and its geographical location. The pool is very big and can be closed with a fence for children security. There is enough space in the villa to park your car. The area of Cala Blava it’s a privileged place for a relaxing holiday. It’s settled by local people due to its calmed environment, crystalline waters and proximity to Palma. Nearby there is the urbanization of s’Arenal, where you can find all kind of shops, bars, restaurants, marina and other leisure options.
