Welcome to this wonderful traditional Majorcan country House, which has been recently remodelled, with swimming pool located in Son Negre (Felanitx). It has capacity for 10 people and it is perfect if you want to enjoy your desired holiday with family and friends. This big accommodation, dated from 1855 and refurbished in 2014, still preserves its character as well as it has become modern and functional. The main house has five bedrooms. Three of which are located upstairs. One of the bedrooms is furnished with two non-separable twin beds, that works as a double bed. This bedroom also has a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with shower. All other bedrooms are fitted with regular twin beds. There are two more bathrooms in the house, one upstairs, which has a bath and the other one downstairs, fitted with shower. Kitchen, living and dining room share the same space. In the living room area there is a comfortable sofa where you can relax while watching TV or surfing the internet (WIFI). The dining room area is furnished with a big table where you can seat all together and enjoy the meals cooked on the very well equipped kitchen, which counts with everything you may need during your stay; microwave, gas stove, electric oven, fridge, coffee maker, etc. In the kitchen you will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. Inside the house there are several corners where you can relax and get away. A good example is the place where the piano is located, where there is a traditional Majorcan rocker in front of a huge window that overlooks the countryside. Outside it is wonderful. There is a big patio which is partially covered with a sunshade. It is the perfect spot to enjoy outdoors meals taking advantage of the good weather. There is a big table and two mobile barbecues where you can cook your favourite meals. Next to the patio there is the big swimming pool, with an area of 55 m2 and a depth from 0.3 to 1.7 metres, which has a very peculiar shape. It is fenced, for children security. In addition, in the orange trees garden, under two hundred-year-old holm oaks, there is a children playground, where the small ones can play and parents can put their mind at ease because the plot is completely fenced. Next to the swimming pool there is an outhouse, with 100 m2, that counts with another kitchen, living and dining room and another bathroom with shower. Nowadays, the land of the countryside is being used for agricultural and stockbreeding purposes. There is a flock of sheep, some hens and ducks and two cats living in the finca. Please note that for this reason pets are not allowed. Son Negre is located on the eastern side of Majorca. It is a small village of Felanitx municipality. It has a very peculiar church and the village itself has a touching atmosphere. By car you can reach sandy beaches such as Portocolom or Parc Natural de Cala Mondragó in 20 minutes. The accommodation is only 5 minutes far away by car from Felanitx, where you will have all the facilities needed: supermarket, Health centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. It is a very lively town and has many spots worth to be visited. Cas Concos is also quite close to the House. This village has a special character as there is a fusion between the traditions of the local people and the modernity of the foreigners who have settled there.
