A quite house in the northest point of Corfu surrounded by olive trees and only 100 meters from the sea :)
With floor space of 100 square meters, consists of 3 bedrooms, dining/living room, fitted kitchen and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 persons.
Almost the whole house is surrounded by a big veranda-balcony with sea and garden view.
The house has an open kitchen, dining room and a comfortable sitting room, three rooms and two bathrooms. From all the rooms there is access to the veranda. It is a comfortable bungalow in a big land surrounded by olive trees situated in the wonderful beach of Saint Spyridon in North Corfu.
The nearest beach; as aforementioned; is Saint Spyridon's sandy beach and the Pretsapou's rocky amazing bay. The beach is
aprox. 170 meters away and in 400 mts distance is located the Antinioti Lagoon an area protected by NATURA 2000 network.

In the nearby area there are many attractive places of North Corfu island, such as Acharavi, Kassiopi, Sidari the (almost) abandoned Byzantine village of Old Perithia and enough other known or less known but worth to explore sites.
There are public transportations , but i would recommend renting a car from our local travel agency .
From this area till the whole of north-east Corfu, there is the best coastline of the island with much green and other polymorphic details.
