Our property is situated above Karehana Bay in Plimmerton. It faces north-west and enjoys good sun and views towards Mana Island.

It's a multi level unit with stairs to both bedrooms and bathroom.

Plimmerton is a quiet beach suburb 28 km north of Wellington. It has a quaint village feel with a grocery store, cafes and takeaway style food shops.

Plimmerton railway station is a 20 minute waterfront walk. From there it's a 30 minute journey to Wellington or 10 minutes to Porirua City. By car it's about 25 minutes drive to Wellington (off peak).
