The Space

The apartment is newly remodeled posh and gorgeous. It is a one Bedroom in Downtown Denver prime central location. Brand New king size bed Custom Temperpedic, large living and dining area, full bath in 1100 sqft over looking the city. New Full kitchen, fully stocked fridge with snacks and drinks, New Bottled Water Dispenser Hot/cold, microwave and dishwasher. Two Twin Foldaway bed in closet for guests.

This is a very spacious one bedroom, one bath with an amazing view. There are three things that make this apartment special to me; I want to share these with my guests. First, the large kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for family and friends. Second, the finish of the apartment is amazing: granite counter tops; tiled kitchen and bathroom floors; stainless steel appliances; 14 foot high ceilings. Finally, the view. As you look out the windows, to the left is the north tip of the mountains, and sprawled out before you is the city.

The apartment is fully furnished. Kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need- NEW appliances, cookware, dishes, Room telephone etc.

*The home comes with linens, towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner

Guests will have access to the Ritz Carlton Amenities. Iincluding the Ritz Carlton Spa and Elway's Steakhouse (in restaurant or room service). A 24 hour gym. Full bath/shower

If you have a vehicle restrccited parking is $20 (7am to 5pm is no access) subject to availability outdoor Parking is available on top of the bus station or Central parking across building. Full time parking is available at $25/per day.

The Neighborhood

An amazing part of this location is well, the location! You are right in the middle of the city and it is a quick walk to anything including the Colorado Convention Center, Coors Field, The Pepsi Center, and many area bars, restaurants, and venues. You won't run out of things to do! The lobby has a great espresso machine.

TruFit Gym 44,000 sqft, is in the building and has a pool, hot tub, indoor basketball court and all the usual weights, machines, etc.

John Elways is a nice upscale steak restaurant in the building and there are other restaurants, convenience stores, Starbucks, etc. right next door.

Getting Around

If you don't feel like walking there is plenty of public transportation including taxi cabs (always parked out front the Ritz Carlton), buses, light rail, pedal cabs etc... You will have no trouble getting anywhere you need to go! Uber is $5 around the city.

Luxury Airport pick up can be scheduled with prior notice for $80 one way for two passengers

You are always welcome to call/text me with any questions while you are in Denver! I am happy to help in any way I can as for you to have an enjoyable and relaxing visit in full privacy. Friday and Saturday breakfast to go is available in the lobby at 7am-10am.

MMJ bar edibles and inhouse delivery, 2 blocks from Medicinal and Recreational dispensary.

In-room dining is available. let us know in advance if you wish to see the daily menu and order before arrival.

Treat this place as you would your own home. Smoking MMJ is ok inside but please no tobacco cigarettes or similar. Please replace what you take or break.
