My house is located right in the centre of Kobarid, 3 houses down from all the action of the main square...if you could call it action?
Its a 19th century house which I have lovingly restored myself for modern living in 5 self-contained apartments. I've tried to keep as many of the original features in tact, so all the apartments have wooden beamed ceilings, uneven plastered walls and some exposed stone. So, if you like a bit of character in your accommodation, then I'm sure you will be happy here.
The house also has a private garden for guests to relax in, complete with sun loungers, two picnic tables and a BBQ.
In case of a rainy day, there is also a covered terrace and a covered patio, both with a table and chairs.
To the back of the garden, is a large secure barn where guests can store sporting goods or dry wet clothing if its raining.

The house has two terraces from which to admire the stunning mountain views visible from them.
There is free parking directly across the street from the house.
I also provide guests with the following OPTIONAL extra's:
Guests staying for more than 3 days can do laundry at a cost of €2/load.
Breakfast is also available upon request at an added cost of €6/per person / per night. It consists of tea, coffee, hot milk, juice, fresh fruits, museli and corn flakes, yogurt, breads, meats, cheeses and a boiled egg. The breakfast can also be adapted to suit your tastes..ie. apple juice vs. orange juice etc.
I have tried to make this apartment a home away from home for guests and I wish you a very happy stay here in the Soca Valley.
