One Bedroom in two story war home. 15 minute walk to Mohawk Colledge. Close to 3 major Hospitals, parks and shopping.


The Space

This beautiful one bedroom is Private and in a quite neighbourhood. You'll have a key to your room and you'll also receive your own entry code to an alarm system.

The room is furnished with one twin Size bed, dresser, night stand, TV, and futon. The bathroom is shared and towels and necessities are provided.

In the kitchen, you can put groceries in the fridge and you'll have your own cabinet space. Need a coffee or a tea? Make a cup complementary.

If your coming from far you may have one more guest for $10 more. I am happy to give you guidance on Shopping, transportation, and Night life.

Guest Access

You'll have access to the whole house, make it your home away from home. There's private yard with a deck. The kitchen and the living room are shared space for your enjoyment. Need to do laudry while your away? You can use the one downstairs at no extra cost. parking is also available.

We enjoy the parks in the area. We love that we have everything close by. Few restaurants walking distance from us as well as a strip mall that has everything you need.

ABOUT THE CITY!!

Although Hamilton is known as Steel-town and it doesn’t look pretty from the highway since all you see is a rough-looking town with factories. Don't judge Hamilton based on its cover, go beyond and be amazed at all it has to offer. Hamilton is actually not only the capital of WATERFALLS in the world it is also full of ART, and STYLE.

Hamilton is known as The City of Waterfalls and is proudly home to over 100 waterfalls found along the Bruce Trail and the incredible Niagara Escarpment. If you want to get your heart pumping while taking in the sights, there are several hiking trails here for you.

These are some of my favourite Waterfalls. You can find them on (website hidden) Webster's Falls,
Albion Falls, Borer’s Falls, and Devil’s Punch Bowl.

Getting Around

Don't have a car? Easy access to public transportation. You'll be able to take the bus just by walking 2mins to the bus stop.

Go for a walk around the neighbourhood and enjoy the beautiful trees and trails. Bring a Bike with you and explore everything this city has to offer you.

You can also walk down the mountain to get to downtown.
