The Space
I look forward to hosting you in my home.
I'm currently renting out a private room in my apartment. You can expect to have your own key to come and go as you please. Your room is private and comes equipped with a comfy double bed, alarm clock, fresh linens including towels, TV and digital antenna to catch some local programming. I have shared wireless internet access and shared bathroom. Each morning I will provide you with a tasty continental breakfast and hot coffee or tea.
I have lived in Toronto for all my life and have worked in Toronto tourism so I have a plenitude of city knowledge that I am happy to share with you. There are travel books for you to look through in the room or you can let me know if you're going to be touring the city and I can help with recommendations and arrange for tickets to places before you come.
The great thing about my neighbourhood is that I'm close to almost everything. One of the most prestigious shopping malls, Yorkdale, is about a 10 minute drive. It hosts some of the most fashionable shops, from Coach to Tiffiany's. It's worth going just to have something to eat in the food court where you dine off of real plates and silverware.
I enjoy getting to know my guests, during breakfast or once you get back from a day out, chances are I'll ask what your plans are or how your day went. If you happen to be here when I'm having friends over for dinner, you're always welcomed to join us.
Free parking is available upon request. An airport taxi service to and from the airport is also available at an additional price of $25.
