Curl up on the comfortable sofa and take advantage of the outstanding amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV and WiFi. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Share your feast around the gorgeous dining table that seats 10 or outside on the furnished terrace. You are sure to have a great night’s sleep in any of the five comfortable bedrooms. One is located on the ground floor and features a single bed. The other four can be found on the first floor. Two of these bedrooms sport one double bed each. The fourth bedroom has one single bed and the fifth bedroom boasts two single beds. The two spotless bathrooms are perfect for freshening up in. One features a bathtub, shower and WC while the other has a shower and WC. There is also a baby cot available, please request this in advance. In addition to these great amenities, you’ll also enjoy access to a fenced garden with a pond and 2 furnished terraces, one 25sqm and the other 15sqm. They is also a barbecue available for dining oudoors. Central heating and an indoor fireplace will keep you comfortable throughout the year. A washing machine and ironing center are provided for your convenience. Towels, linen, end cleaning and the local tourist tax are all included in the rental fee. The neighbourhood is very calm, not recommended for parties. The owners prefer youngsters to always come accompanied by an adult. There is a possibility to add 2 extra beds at an extra cost. Private parking is available nearby for two cars at €10 per day (please request in advance). Furthermore, there is an extra fee for check-ins before 7am and after 10pm. Smoking is permitted outside only, and pets are not welcome.
