On the upper floor there is a sleepingroom with a 135cm bed and wardrobes, another sleepingroom with two 90cm beds and a terrasse overlooking the lighthouses marshesand Portugal, a first bathroom with shower, and a third bedroom with another doublebed of 135cm, overlooking the headlights and marshes and Portugal, and also a third bathroom with shower.
TV with spanish channells aswell as a satellite receiver directed at ASTRA.
We have climate control in the livingroom. The house is facing both: east and west, so you will enjoy the light and son of the "costa de la Luz" all day long. Even the stairwell has a wonderful light that enters through a large skylight.
Full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, etc ...
Private parking spot in front of the main door, a community pool with green areas and also a large private sun terrace with a lemontree ansd a bouganville. A quiet and nice residential, but with everything you need within reach of footsteps.
