Spacious sunny ensuite rooms with queen beds and french doors onto private gardens with outdoor seating and panoramic views.
Includes a wholesome breakfast using home produce and organic ingredients whenever possible.
Complimentary tea/coffee and filtered water.
About the House & Garden
Built from thermally efficient Hebel blocks our farmstay is cool in summer and warm in winter. It has been a self-build project using natural timbers and finishes throughout. Our house water is rain harvested on site, filtered and solar heated. Wetlands manage all our waste water, which is filtered and used for irrigation on our orchard.
Our aim is to have as little adverse impact on the environment as possible. We plan towards self sufficiency using the fruits and nuts from the orchards and olive groves, manuka/kanuka honey from our bees and a year round supply of fresh organic vegetables from our gardens.
Facilities
All the cleaning products and toiletries provided are natural and chemical free. For our bedding we provide 100% cotton sheets, wool duvets, organic where possible.
