Designer Apartment in Dortmund City with Parking and Balcony

Intro:

Right in the center of Dortmund the flat is located close to the city hall. It is a 70 m2 apartment with 2 rooms. The flat was designed with heard. The accommodation is designed very cliear and light. The owners are looking for responsible people who prefer special designs and like to treat the apartment with love and care. Please just non smokers.

Living room:

Beautiful, open living area. The style of the apartment moves between loft and cosy farmhouse. The large living area of 30 m2 and a large balcony can be used. In the living area there is a large flat screen. In the living room you find a cose bed sofa, so that 4 people can be accommodated easily . If required , upon request, we can equip for another person an additional guest bed 90 x 200 cm, so that up to 6 person can stay in the flat.

Bedroom:

Huge sleeping room (20 m2) with space for Yoga and meditation. All windows are facing the green garden in the courtyard and you have a beautiful view on the Rheinholdy church. The bed room is furnished with a large double bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, clothes racks and designer lamps.

Bathroom:

New tasteful bathroom which is accessible from the bathroom only. This makes the bed room very cosy and private.The bathroom has a hair drier and a washing machine inside.

Kitchen:

Who wish to cook can prepare dishes in the modern and fully equipped new high-tech kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hob and enjoy.

Surroundings / Infrastructure:

The nearby City Park is perfect for walking or jogging around the neighborhood. A large Edeka supermarket with bakery and numerous restaurants and shops are just around the corner. Aldi and Rewe are all located in a distance of 500 m. Shopping for the soul (the main shopping zone in Dortmund) is a ten minutes walk away. Good transportation connections (subway and bus): U-Bahn (U 41, U45, U47, U49), S-Bahn Stadhaus (S4) and bus Station (444) are 2min to walk. Direct bus to the airport in 30 minutes. Free parking spaces in front of the house.
