The building has been built very recently (2010); the lobby, the fitness center and the social area (exterior ocean front pool and sauna) are of a high luxury level.

The apartment has been professionally designed and offers elegance and comfort. The living room and the dining area can accommodate 6 guests.
There are 3 bedrooms (master w.king bed, secondary w.queen bed & junior room w.single bed) and 3 full bathrooms. The bedrooms have “black-out” curtains and all beds are equipped with fine linens and new mattresses.

The condo also features: balcony, full kitchen and washer/dryer.

*IMPORTANT*
Note that we own many apartments in the same building, all corresponding to this listing. They are similar, with the same lay-out and ocean view. All have an equivalent furnishing standard, however the style of the decoration may differ. Some have a queen bed in the secondary and some have 2 singles (Note that we are unable to guarantee the bedding in the 2ndary bedroom or to assign you a specific apartment).

*ALSO IMPORTANT*
The Junior bedroom is more adapted to a child or a young adult. No direct A/C, but receives cool air from the living room and has a fan. It has a bathroom but no hot water.
