Stunning 3 Bedroom House in Kalyves with Aircon, Parking, and Balcony

A two storey house of 150m² with open basement area of 60m² designed and built to suit pleasant living. The villa is distributed in two levels: the kitchen, the livingroom, a guest room and a bathroom are in the first level, while the three (3) bedrooms and a second bathroom are in the second level.

The villa can accomodate up to 6 individuals and is fully airconditioned. An elegantly decorated lounge with fireplace and a completely equipped kitchen are also at the tennant’s disposal.

Through the villa, everyone is able to enjoy breathtaking views of the port of Souda, from the north-western side, views of the Apokoronas’s province on the eastern side and views of the White Mountains on the southern side.

There is a private and safe parking for your car. Beautiful beaches are about 10 kms away. Beaches have the international sign of the "Blue Flag", which means that the sea is clean. Also, the excavations of the ancient city Apterra are near. Finally, Sfakia and Rethimno are 30 kms away.
We are willing to provide you with useful information about the area of villa or our homeland Chania.

The guests will have access to the entire villa and to its features:

The villa is 28 kms from the port of Souda (Chania), 38 kms from Chania airport, 29 kms from Rethimno, 100 kms from Iraklio.

A few minutes drive (3 minutes) from the villa you will find pharmacy shop, super-market, petrol station. Five to Eight kms, you may find Helath Center, restaurants, banks etc

We respect the privacy of the guests. We will be present during the arrival and the departure of the guets. Of course, we will provide the guests with useful info or help about the area (beaches, daily tours, other places of interest).

We, optionally, organize a "Meet the Trees" tour in which we have the chance to be familiar with greek Nature’s trees. In front of each tree, we may have the opportunity to taste products based on their nuts!

Optionally, we can prepare a dinner/lunch with local cretan dishes.

The villa is inside the village, the neighboorhood is quite. The neighboors are quite, local people or people who rent another villa, closed to villa "Blossom".
During spring and summer, you will hear the tweets of birds!

Car or motorbike is essential. Five kms from the village, there is a bus station where you can take the bus for all the major cities of Crete.
