New villa with garden, on two floors, in Lavinaio, a small town between Catania (20 km) and 20 minutes drive from the sea; at the foot of Mount Etna (23km from Nicolosi). The large garden with old olive tree and terrace are ideal for a quiet breakfast and leisurely lunches and dinners. The kitchen is large and fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, dishes) with a large table and all just fine to cook. The villa is located on the hills and in the evening you have pleasant temperatures, even in summer. There is a living room with seating for conversation or to enjoy reading, outside a comfortable terrace, ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can find on arrival all that is necessary for a simple breakfast. Internet is free, the wifi is available throughout the house. Everything in the house is absolutely accessible to you.
