This is a 2 storey building with only 4 apartments. This beautiful apartment right in the center of Puerto de Alcúdia offers you the comfort that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. This 140 m2 apartment is an ideal accommodation for couples with children. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with two single beds, while the other three have a double bed each. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other one has a shower. The apartment is on the first floor without lift. Enjoy a pleasant breakfast or dinner on the 18 m2 porch, where there are table and chairs for 8 people. In the living room there are two comfortable sofas where you can sit down and just relax with a glass of wine. A good place to enjoy a good book, watch satellite TV in German, English or Spanish or have a little siesta. There is no AC in the apartment but we’ll be glad to provide you with fans. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need: microwave, dish washer, electrical oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a lot more. Of course you will find as well a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, mind that pets are not allowed. The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you might need is very close. You can walk to the beach, pharmacy, shops, supermarket, the taxi rank, surgery or bus stop. Moreover, it’s plenty of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy delicious meals. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Palma. The sandy beach it’s just 150 meters walk from the apartment. The beach is perfect to go with babies and children due to its shallow waters, which allow the children to swim and play safely with the waves. In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. It’s full of bars as well, where you can have snacks as sandwiches, burgers or salads. For breakfasts you can visit one of the coffee shops on the seafront promenade. In this area, it’s full of clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The biggest and nearest one is located on the main road towards Artà, 300 meters from the apartment. From Puerto de Alcúdia it’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the center of town becomes crowded and lively. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre. Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property. \n\n
