Pinotell - Cala Pi for 4BR for 8

This is a wonderful chalet for 8 people with big pool and nice garden in Cala Pi. The 250 m² house has 4 bedrooms, three of them equipped with double beds and one with 2 single beds. All rooms have either sea or garden view. There are 2 bathrooms with bath tub – one on each floor. The proximity to the sea allows a natural cooling in summer; besides, we can provide you with fans if necessary. All rooms have enough space to put up a cot. Make yourselves at home on the comfortable sofas in the living room and watch tv (via satellite), read a good book or surf the Internet (Wifi). The completely equipped kitchen offers everything you may need for preparing your favorite dishes. Of course, there are a washing machine, ironing board and iron at your disposal. The exteriors are simply marvelous. Enjoy your breakfast on the furnished porch or organize a barbecue at the grill hut next to the 7 x 3 m pool (chlorinated). Relax on the sun loungers, the hammock or the swing seat – it´s your choice! The garden is fenced, so that even the smallest kids can safely. There is a big terrace on the upper floor of the house from which you can see the island Cabrera on clear days. Please note that pets are not allowed. Cala Pi owes its name to the many pines that sit on the 30 m high cliffs and that line the wild brook of the same name ("torrente Cala Pi"). At its end stands a military tower from the XVI century. Cala Pi is situated 17 km from Llucmajor and only 4 km from the prehistoric settlement Capocorb Vell which was declared historical-artistically important building ("Monumento Historico-Artístico Nacional") in 1931 by the Spanish cultural ministry. The capital of Palma de Majorca is worth a visit, too, where you will find the biggest offer of tourist attractions, culture and shopping possibilities. Get lost in the small alleys of the „pearl of the Mediterranean Sea“ – it is worthwhile! Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
