This cottage is located on the edge of Monschau-Kalterherberg, about 30 km from Aachen. The apartment (90m2) is a typical old Eifel farm and is suitable for 6 persons. The cottage has a cozy living room with fireplace. Two-thirds of the house consists of the former stables and barn. Through a stair in one of the bedrooms, you reach the long sloping roof which has been converted into a children’s cave with mattresses and TV connection. Around the house is about 1,000 m² garden, trees and a paved terrace with garden furniture. Also there is a swing for children. The house is enclosed with a hedge so children can play safely. In the courtyard you can easily park 3 cars. In the former barn (60 square meter) there is a ping-pongtable and a footbaal table, but you can paly as well badminton and baskettball. Of course, the barn is perfect for parties. Through its unique and beautiful location on the outskirts of Monschau-Kaltenherberg you are in a few minutes from the house into the forest. Also, the unique medieval town of Monschau is nearby. For shopping enthusiast we recommend Aachen. From the 1st of april 2016 the property can accommodate 10 persons.
