Rental Details
This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom separate accommodation
1 x King Size bed with goose/duck down feather pillows and duvet
1 x bathroom with basin, shower and toilet (towels provided)
1 x comfortable couch in lounge area with insert to accommodation 2 kids or 1 adult (bedding provided)
Fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster available for your private use. Basic utensils provided.
Outside area is large garden (shared but we generally do not go into the front garden at all) and a private verandah (deck) with furniture to enjoy a cool sundowner and enjoy the sounds of the bugs birds and possible a rooster crowing!
If you are looking for short term rental while you are looking for permanent accommodation (you have immigrated to NZ) or you are holiday enjoying our beautiful country this is a safe, family friendly place to stay.
The Waitakere Ranges with ample walks, hikes, waterfalls and more are on your doorstep just 5 minutes’ drive away. Famous West coast beaches and North Shore between 25-35 minutes’ drive away.
Auckland City and Waterfront a mere 25 minutes’ drive. Train station to get to both and other destinations 2 minutes bus/car drive away and the bus stop is right outside our property. Many lovely children’s parks in walking distance.
About us: We are a Kiwi/South African family with a toddler and beagle and we live upstairs. This accommodation is joined to the house downstairs but with separate entrance. We are flexible in providing all sorts of services on request e.g., meals, laundry, extra linen (beach towels) etc. Most everything is doable on request!
