Situated along the amazing known coast of Capitolo, this independent cozy apartment will offer its guests fun, relax and not at last private access to the wonderful sandy beach during their holidays in Puglia.

Fully located on the ground floor, the apartment has been recently restored in a simple style, providing its guests relation with almost completely white furniture and it is ideal to accomodate up to 4 guests, even though in the living area there is a double sofa-bed, a solution thought for accomodating other 2 guests, ideally kids.

Since it is located in the typical sea area, between Monopoli and Fasano, this can be the right solution if you are considering to get your holidays from April to October.

The apartment, recommended to couples or small families, is provided with:
– a dining room, consisting of a table equipped with seven chairs, a sofa-bed, a LED tv, a CD/DVD player
– a small kitchen, equipped with an electric cow, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Moka coffe maker and toaster
– a master bedroom
– a second bedroom, with two single beds
– a bathroom, well furnished and equipped with a shower
– a spacious re-styled outside patio accomodating up to 10 people and equipped with 2 tables, 10 chairs, 2 sun-ombrellas, barbecue
