Sebastien with Garden

Sebastien Garden is a cozy property located on via Marconi in Positano, at the ground floor of a typical doomed building. The property consists in one double bedroom located in a mezzanine floor and a living room featuring a divan, SAT-TV, a dining table and chairs, a corner kitchen equipped with basic utensils that will enable you to prepare dishes with our fresh produce you can buy just exiting out of your door at the Palatone deli shop.

A coffee machine and a dishwasher are available. The bathroom is located at the groun floor, with access from the living room and features a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, an hairdryer and a clothes washer. The apartment has its own private garden of about 30 square meter where you can relax during the warm summer days and enjoy the splendid view of the picturesque town of Positano and a partial view of the Mediterranean Sea. It is equipped with a table, sunbeds and a parasol.

Rooms are air conditioned, have winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. Parking is difficult during the peak of the season and we discourage the use of a car, being the property situated in good location, in the upper central part of the village. The apartment is walking distance to many local restaurants, bars, food stores and shops of the town; the beach is at less than 10 minutes’ walk and one of the main Positano bus stop is located by the house front door.
