The room is in the upper level of a terrace house in a safe neighborhood. The house is spacious, airy and well-lit. There are full height windows to let in light & breeze. We provide a queen size mattress, and additional single mattresses upon request. There are shelves for wardrobe space in the room. There is both a ceiling fan & split aircon wall unit to cater to our guest's choice of preferred comfort. Fresh bed-linen will be provided and changed every week.

We just upgraded our internet to fibre broadband. Wi-Fi access is available inside the room. A universal adapter is available to accommodate various types of plugs.

The clean bathroom comes with shower & wc. The bathroom may need to be shared occasionally if there is another guest on the same level. 24 hrs running water and boiler for hot water.
A hairdryer may be available upon request.

A washing machine available with laundry detergent in the backyard. Poles are available for hanging of clothes.

The kitchen is not available for use.

The Neighborhood
Quiet, safe and peaceful location. Park-connector trail nearby connecting to MacRitchie Reservoir for walking/jogging/cycling. There are markets, super markets for groceries, food courts and hawker centers within walking distance. A hip and young food & beverage hangout with famous roti prata, ice creams and coffee places are just a few minutes walk away.

Getting around
We are about 20 mins from the airport by cab.
Super convenient for commuting. Ten mins walk to Circle Line MRT Marymount station, and Bus/Taxi stands. Ideal for going to the business district for work as well as to explore all tourist locations. Less than 20 mins by MRT to Major Financial Districts and Shopping areas like Orchard Road, China Town and Sim Lim IT mall, etc.

Other Things to Note
1. First come first get it reserved, so if you really want the room try to book quickly!
2. Our check in time is no earlier than 2pm, check out no later than 12pm noon. If your arrival or departure is beyond this time, you are welcome to leave your luggage at our place and come back later. This applies to all our guests, so that everybody can have a smooth check in and out process.

House Rules
We are required to take a copy of your Passport info page and Singapore visa page upon check-in.
We have a no smoking policy in the premises.
